okay
so, the numbness is wearing off.
dan has been away for a month
and its so not cool.
not at all.
(not that it was in the first place)
know what i miss the most?
those "almost dimples" lines that appear when he smiles a sincere smile.
=)
(excuse the awful picture by the way. it was after midnight shift, before i went to bed! haha)
so anyways, its my offday once again,
and also SARAH'S BIRTHDAY

today ive got a mishmashed bunch of plans
i have a feeling they'll all fall through and ill end up bumming

im at work- once again.
i realized that when you work night shifts, you are at the hotel TWICE a day
srsly.
omgdzzzz.
i was here till 10am
and was here again at 10pm
how fab is that?
all i get is 12 hrs break from the hotel
though its not really that bad cos i dont mind the job
i wouldnt say i ENJOY it
enjoyment and WORK hardly ever mix.
anyways,
im so thirsty
and i feel like i ate a damn whole lot today
though if you think of it,
night shifts mean i only eat one real meal a day
how sad
i totally shoved down all the food my mum cooked for dinner just now.
assam fish
even the thought of it, and the smell makes my mouth water.
i slept from about 12pm to 7pm
which was not bad
i feel energized plus i have 1.5 nights left
=)
then my off day
=)
outing with rae and sarah

happy one month after my birthday to me
haha
im at work
on my break.
midnight shift.
yesterday was the first.
it's pretty cool actually.
busybusybusy then laid back for an hour or 2
then busy again
but its exciting.
i gave myself a papercut.
too excited
it HURT.
so anyways, this morning i got back at 9am
and went straight to bed till about 5pm
pretty impressive feat huh?
i havent been sleeping much
so here i am, back at work
and i have chiro later at 830 so i hope i can finish on time
then maybe breakfast with mummy!

so yeah, thats my work life so far.
front desk is exciting, interesting and challenging.
awesome so far.
will update you in a month when i realise;
same shit, different day.

well, today was cool.
up till 6pm.
from then till about 12mn, it was nonstop chaos.
stupid delayed flights.
i couldnt even stop to think/breath/blink.
haha
okay, it was chaotic, but not THAT bad.
managed to survive. thankfully.
=)
tomorrow is another day.
then comes my off days; thursday and friday!
yay.
work is fun but off days are always awesome.

new template!
been awhile since i changed it
& i kinda like this new one.
silly me, (oblivious to everything around me, as usual) just realized that secondhand serenade released their new album "A Twist in My Story"
i knew there was the song "Tested and True" and "Stay Close Dont Go" and "Maybe"
i dont know why, i just didnt realize they were from their new album.

depressingly lovely as usual.

so, my day turned out okay.
my off days fall on weekdays for this week
so im looking forward to (perhaps) hitting orchard
and (perhaps) it'll be not so crowded.
besides, the sales are ending soon and ive not stepped into orchard road at all.

anyways, work was half awful.
it's PERIOD DAY TODAY
so it started really badly
i was in pain
i refused to eat
i refused to go home
i just worked
and then i drank a hot cuppa milo
a hot cuppa coffee
had my nurofen
and i was fine.
well, fine-r than before i guess.
ended work 1 hr later than stipulated time
but i guess that's not so bad
wait till i have a float.
lord have mercy on me.
random thought: i miss eating chicken rice with dan.
haha.
anyways, tmrw's OFF DAY FOR ME.
so, church? im not so sure
but i actually wanna do some shopping.
i dropped my small bottle of perfume in the locker room today

i cant believe i have 15 more days till pay day

yesterday i went to watch "Mama's wedding" with my dad at waterloo street.
it was pretty interesting.
an all-eurasian play.
which made it pretty relevent.
and there were 3 daughters.

people, stop sending me or telling me about animal cruelty and how they kill animals or skin them or what not.
i do realize all that's happening and i definitely think it's cruel
and i hate it & dont support fur-usage AT ALL
but ya, i also dont like seeing animals like that
im a softie
im the typpa person that goes "OMG, POOR HORSE"
and a horse AND a man falls over a cliff in a cowboy movie
(just an example..haha)
so yeah, im not being rude,
i understand the importance of spreading it around
BUT it freaks me out alot.

so, its been a couple of days since i blogged.
sunday was a chill at home day with the family after shopping
monday, back to work!
AW.
9-6.30 as usual. pretty slow moving
i was attached to the GROs
then tuesday i was behind the reception counter "observing"
in the morning we went for our medicals.
yup, you know what that means- peeing in a cup!
haha.
after that met up with kristen and ashraf for a catch-up session
and that girl bought me a cupcake "deck" with recipes and stuff.
awesome!
today, much to my surprise and excitement, michelle and i had to go for more training
2 days worth!
=)
back to the reception on friday then off again before i start my real shifts.
not that i was working "fake" shifts so far
but its been office hour shifts.
so anyways, my wrist is acting up
and its really annoying me
i always get this weird pain
it'll be there for a few days and then it'll go away
then happen again a few months later.
and the other day i kept massaging it and that area turned PURPLE.
just imagine.
oh oh i have a new phone!
babes followed me to go get it before he left.
and i swear its the most gorgeous-est thing.
=)
for the first time in my life i have SONGS in my phone.
i know i sound so terribly pathetic but im excited okay.
ya i know it looks purple
but its neon pink actually.
anyway whatever i hope this phone doesnt give up on me cos then ill be really sad.
*fingers crossed*
